[ARCHIVED] Town Manager issuses 6th Executive Order

The Town Manager issued Executive Order 2020-06 today to authorize the following emergency measures, effective immediately:

  • The timeframe for the Stay at Home order, initially authorized in EO 2020-05 paragraph 1 is extended through May 8th, 2020
  • The timeframe for the Gatherings Limitation to not more than 5, initially authorized in EO 2020-05 paragraph 2 is extended to May 8th, 2020
  • Those gatherings in groups of more than 5 will be subject to a fine or arrest for willful disobedience
  • Parking is restricted in the beach areas (as defined within the Executive Order) during the State of Emergency, and violators will be towed.
