At an emergency meeting of the Town Council, held Sunday March 15th, 2020 the Town Council voted to approve an Ordinance to declare an emergency in the Town of South Kingstown, based on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Based on this Ordinance, several license and permit types are revoked, and all license types from serving or gathering more than half the fire code occupancy, up to 100, at a time.
