Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing before the Town Council to consider proposed amendments to the Police Department Standing Orders relative to Department Policy 440.03 Cellblock / Holding Facility. The proposed amendments are available for review here or in the Town Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

A Public Hearing will be given all interested parties on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 180 High Street, Wakefield. Individuals requesting American Sign Language interpreters or CART service must call the Town Clerk’s Office at 401-789-9331 seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the meeting date.
