Sunday, August 14th at 4 PM is the deadline to register to vote in the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, September 13th. Persons who have changed their name and wish to update their voting record must re-register. Anyone who has moved within the Town must also re-register to correct their address. Monday, August 15th is the deadline to change your party affiliation. Voter registration forms are available in an outdoor forms box at the Town Hall and the Peace Dale Library. Completed registration forms can be left in the Drop Box outside of Town Hall. 

Notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Canvassing Authority at the Town Hall, 180 High Street, Wakefield on Monday, the 22nd day of August, 2022 at 3:30 PM for the purpose of canvassing and correcting the Voting Lists of South Kingstown for the PRIMARY ELECTION to be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
