Proposed 2-lot minor subdivision (with no street creation) requesting a waiver from the flexible frontage provisions of the Zoning Ordinance (considered Major Subdivision).

Current Status:The Combined Conceptual Master & Preliminary Plan application for this project will be reviewed by the Technical Review Committee (TRC) at their May 11, 2022 meeting.  Upon completion of the TRC review and determination on completeness, this application will be scheduled with the Planning Board no earlier than June 28, 2022.
