Major Land Development Project - Institutional Master Plan Review

In accordance with Section 603.2.C (Government and Institutional [GI] Zone – Health care institution) of the Zoning Ordinance, the South County Hospital has submitted an Institutional Master Plan for review and approval by the Town of South Kingstown Planning board.

Current Status:
On July 27, 2022, the applicant submitted a new Institutional Master Plan in accordance with revisions to Section 603.2.C of the South Kingstown Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Town Council on April 11, 2022.
