Requests for Bids and Proposals
The Town’s current active requests for bids and proposals are shown within this section and include the advertisement for bids, submission deadlines, bid opening information and instructions on how to obtain specifications.
The Town participates in a Vendor E-Mail Notification System with other R.I. Municipalities. This system allows vendors who register to be notified of upcoming bid solicitations by E-Mail . After registering on-line, bid specifications are available for download and printing. Vendors may register at any time by clicking below:

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the proper title endorsed thereon; and addressed and delivered to the Town Manager's Office, 180 High Street, Wakefield, RI 02879. Bid will be awarded to the lowest, qualified bidder. Bidder must show evidence that their equipment meets or exceeds the specifications. The right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof is hereby reserved. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must call 401-792-9642 (TDD) at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the bid opening date.
DISCLAIMER: It is the vendor's responsibility to verify if any addendums have been issued for their bid. The Town of South Kingstown will not be held responsible for incomplete bid submissions.
