The Historic District Commission was established by the Town Charter Section 4930. The actions and procedures of the Historic District Commission are governed by Chapter 11 of the Town Code. The Historic District Commission reviews plans which would affect the exterior or location of structures within any historic district within the Town.
The Historic District Commission meets regularly on the first Tuesday of the month. Staff assistance is provided by the Senior Planner and the Planning Department.
