The applicant is proposing to replace the roof and extend the northeast corner of the cottage by adding 77 square feet to footprint.  Also exterior improvements including replacement of existing deck with no exterior expansion proposed.

Current Status:The TRC will be reviewing this application at their next meeting on April 12, 2023.
